2. Nature of Service

MeroMultiMart operates purely as a service and technology platform. We do not manufacture, stock, own, buy, or sell any grocery items or products. All items available on the platform are owned, priced, and sold directly by the respective partner Stores. MeroMultiMart's role is limited to:

• Enabling Users to browse Store inventory and place orders;

• Forwarding confirmed orders to the relevant Store;

• Facilitating payment collection and delivery logistics on behalf of the Store.

Any contract for the sale of items is formed directly between the User and the Store. MeroMultiMart is not a party to that sale.

3. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on www.MeroMultiMart.com, and users are responsible for keeping themselves informed by reviewing the changes.

4. Pricing, Orders, and Payments

• Pricing: All item prices are set solely by partner Stores and may change without prior notice. MeroMultiMart does not set or control item pricing but strives to display accurate, up-to-date information as provided by Stores.

• Payment: MeroMultiMart does not currently offer online/pre-payment. Payment is collected at the time of delivery, either in cash (COD) or via QR code linked to MeroMultiMart's company bank account, on behalf of the Store.

• Online/App Orders: Upon placing an order:

1. You will receive a notification.

2. A representative may call to confirm the order on behalf of the Store, particularly for large or first-time orders. If unreachable, the order will not be processed.

• Order Forwarding: After confirmation, the order is forwarded to the partner Store, which is solely responsible for packing and handing over the correct items.

• Item Availability/Substitution: Since inventory at local stores can change quickly, an ordered item may occasionally be out of stock at the time of packing. The Store or MeroMultiMart will notify the User where possible before substitution or removal of that item from the order.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under these conditions:

1. Before Preparation: Orders can be canceled before the Store starts packing the order.

2. Unavailable Items: If an item is unavailable, we will notify you, and you may cancel the order for a refund or accept a substitute.

Cancellation by MeroMultiMart:
We reserve the right to cancel your order in these scenarios:

• Delivery address is outside our delivery areas.

• Unable to contact you for order confirmation.

• Unavailability of ordered items, as reported by the Store.

6. Refund Policy

• Full or Partial Refunds: Provided for incorrect orders, missing items, or damaged/expired items, as facilitated by MeroMultiMart on behalf of the Store. Since MeroMultiMart does not sell the items itself, refunds relate to the delivery/order-facilitation service and amounts collected on the Store's behalf, and are processed in accordance with our policies.

Any such concerns should be addressed with the Store directly, though MeroMultiMart will assist in facilitating communication where possible.
